Cancellation Policy

A 30% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. A 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. A 100% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged for anyone who no calls or no shows the day of their scheduled appointment. If you are running late to your appointment you must contact Brandy as soon as you know you maybe late. Your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled & charged 50% of your scheduled appointment if you are 10-15mins late.
